Fat City

Our featured team this month is Fat City. Fat City is a "C" level mens fastpitch team made up of players from Stockton, California and Reno, Nevada area. Fat City had a great 2007 season. They won the Grass Valley Friendly spring warm up tournament and just kept on rolling through the '07 season. Their ace pitcher, coach and backbone of the team is Ed "Big Daddy" Davis. We were very sorry to hear that Ed had a heart attack this off season. We wish Ed all the best with his recovery and plan to see him in 2008. I will take one about belt high down the middle, if you don't mind. The game would not be the same without you Ed! Get Well FAST!!! Congratulations to Fat City for another great season! Keep on hustling fellas!
