Shipping Info
A Perfect Game will attempt to ship your order the same day it is placed on our website. We ship from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 on Saturday. No orders will be shipped on Sunday. If there will be a delay in shipping, an email will be sent informing you of the delay and the reason why. We prefer to ship orders using USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. We do also offer UPS shipping as an alternative for those that don't want to use the post office. Whichever method you choose, if the shipping amount is different from the original quote, we will contact you for approval. If the shipping amount is less than the quote, we will refund the difference. If you need an item overnighted, please be available to approve the shipping charges.

Return Policy
A Perfect Game will exchange or refund merchandise purchased through our retail store or website within 30 days of product receipt when accompanied by the original sales receipt and in new, unused condition. Refunds will be issued as follows: Credit Card - Store credit or credit issued to same credit card. Check - Store credit or the bookkeeper will issue a check within 30 days of product return.

Original sales receipt can also be the shipping invoice or internet screen printout. Store Credit is not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced or honored for payment is lost or stolen. Gift Certificates or Gift Cards will not be replaced or honored for payment if lost or stolen.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid (C.O.D.s will not be accepted). All claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of product receipt.

Exceptions and Exclusions
A Perfect Game reserves the right to limit or refuse the return of certain merchandise, including special or custom orders, assembled or altered components, personalized items and media (e.g., books, video, software, etc.) Free goods, received as part of a promotional offers or items on sale, are not eligible for exchange or return. Used merchandise may also be refused.

Warranty/Defective Returns
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturers’ products, or may be found on their respective website. A defective product may be returned while under the manufacturer’s warranty period. Please contact A Perfect Game prior to returning any merchandise for warranty or defective consideration, except bats.
